If you look at any popular diet (Paleo, Whole 30, Mediterranean, etc.), you’ll notice that they all have one big thing in common. They are all focused on bridging a knowledge gap…they tell you what to eat to be healthy. That’s certainly important, and I’m going to spend a little bit of time doing the same thing in this seminar. However, in most situations, we aren’t dealing with a knowledge gap, but rather a behavior gap. For the most part, we know what foods we should be eating and what foods we should avoid. Then why don’t we all have perfect diets? It’s because we’re bridging the wrong gap! We need to focus on our behaviors.
